Commercial Paving did our driveway 2 years ago. They did an excellent job. We were told to follow up with them to have it sealed within 2 years. Unfortunately, this is where they fell short. We tried countless times to get them out here. Phone, text, emails, even speaking with him on a few occasions where he said he'd "send someone right out". Everything went unanswered, so after almost an entire year of trying, we had no choice but to give business to another reputable company that had the job quoted and completed in a week. While we understand time, labor, weather constraints, the lack of communication and follow through with Commercial Paving left us feeling as though the job didn't have a high enough price tag, so we were pushed aside.
Lushie is professional, knowledgeable, competent, and occasionally humorous, although there were a few bumps along the way regarding scheduling and scope. He and his crew installed a new driveway for us, which required grading a hillside and installing a culvert before asphalt was laid. The result is gorgeous. Perfect edges, straight lines, graceful curves, careful attention paid to places where the asphalt meets stone stairs. It's not just a driveway, it's a work of art! Yes, we are very happy.
Quick and professional. The contractors for Commercial Paving did our driveway in just one day, they brought all the equipment needed to get the job done right and quickly. They had to remove all of the old pavement and any obstructions under the old driveway to make a nice flat surface for the new pavement. Everyone has commented on how nice it looks, clean edges and lines. Highly recommend.
